All Conservatories from the Conservatory Outlet are custom designed and manufactured to your exact requirements. So we believe it’s important you are involved in every step of the design and consultation process. But don’t worry; you’ll have one of our expert professionals on hand for help and advice from the moment you walk into the Conservatory Outlet showroom.
Friendly help...and great adviceThe Conservatory Outlet was one of the first companies to display lots of examples of fully built and furnished conservatories in a showroom setting. Customer feedback confirms the experience of stepping into a real “life-size” conservatory is very useful. It helps to get a great idea of how much space there will be to accommodate items like a sofa, chairs, a television, even a dining table and other occasional furniture. Importantly, it also helps avoid the mistake of having your conservatory end up being too small, because once you have it installed; unfortunately it’s too late then to change things.
Getting it right...it’s easy with the Conservatory OutletLots of customers bring into the showroom an idea of the dimensions they want the finished conservatory to be and often a photograph of the part of their house where the conservatory is to be built. At this stage we can prepare a preliminary design using our special computer software package, adding in such features as French doors, coloured, bevelled windows, white or woodgrain frames and dwarf walls. Together with the lifestyle usage feedback you have given us, this design will give you an accurate visual impression of how the conservatory will look. Our designers will discuss your requirements in great detail, whatever the end use for which the conservatory is being built. This chat will include such things as the number and location of plug sockets, heating and ventilation requirements, whether internal brickwork needs plastering over, right down to the preferred floor covering. The Conservatory Outlet’s multiple roof glazing options will also be reviewed with you to establish the requirement, for example in south facing locations, for the use of a high performance roofing to eliminate strong glare and heat build up. We’ll also advise on the need for you to seek formal planning permission. Following a site visit by our conservatory designer, a 3-dimensional photo image can then be created and superimposed onto a photograph of your property. This will show the design is in keeping with the property and you will know what it will look like before we even start!
Delivering the project on time...to your budgetOnce you place your order, to make absolutely sure there are no issues to complicate construction and installation, a professionally qualified Conservatory outlet surveyor will then visit the site at your property. The surveyor will take accurate on site measurements and identify any last minute issues which need addressing before manufacture of your conservatory begins. You can also ask him any last minute questions you may have. Our Installations Department will advise you of a planned installation date and keep you closely informed by both letter and telephone call prior to any subsequent visits by our base building and installation teams. The Conservatory Outlet takes pride in the famous “seamless” service we offer to customers, so from start to finish of the actual build process – which typically takes around 10 to14 days – you will know by name who is calling at your home and you can be assured your garden and drive will be left neat, clean and tidy. We’ll be delighted to make available a vast library of customer’s favourable comments for you to view.Planning your conservatory together with the Conservatory Outlet will help you resolve all the main design issues. These will include things like, making sure the floor plan is big enough for you to enjoy using the conservatory, ease of access to the house and garden, the view of your garden landscape is enhanced and privacy protected. Depending on aspect, we will also advise on heating, ventilation and where we believe additional solar protection in the roof performance is necessary.
