Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing these few lines in appreciation of your workmen who did such a marvellous job of fitting our new uPVC windows and the work they did in tidying up after themselves.  I am also very pleased with the quality of your product, I just wish that I had heard of your company before getting other companies to install all my other windows of which I am still not happy.

I am really grateful to my son who recommended you.
