At the showroom, we were allowed to browse undisturbed and when approached there was no pressure to place an order – well done, this is most unusual!
The installers arrived as advised, were polite and cheerful. Apart from the fact that I have a new back door, you can not tell that they have been, I had no tidying to do, they left it all spotless.
Most impressed with all aspects from sale to completion.
